Welcome to the LeDoux Saloon & Steak Out, the official tasting room for 1890 Wines & Spirits. Rated one of the best restaurants in Sheridan, Wyoming, all of our wines & spirits have been custom produced right here in the State of Wyoming. All of the cocktails on our menu were developed and designed by our master mixologist out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The ingredients are all freshly pureed or pressed daily. You will not taste a fresher flavor in a cocktail anywhere else in town.

8 large beer battered onion rings with our home made chipotle and fry sauce.
Quesadilla
Large flour tortilla filled with melted cheese, grilled peppers, and onions. Served with sour cream and house made tomato salsa. Add your choice of protein for extra charge.
Shrimp Cocktail
6 large shrimp chilled on a bed of greens and served with our house made cocktail sauce.
Prime-a-dallions
Medallions of our prime beef lightly fried or pan seared in our house made batter. Served with our peppercorn aioli.
Ole Mug o' Chili
House made western-style chili with ground beef, polish sausage, and chorizo.
All simmered in spices to give the perfect punch of flavor.

House made French Onion soup topped with a large crouton and melted Swiss cheese.
Lobster Roll
Chopped lobster mixed in mayonnaise, fresh squeezed lemon juice, diced celery, fresh tarragon, and a hint of hot sauce. Served on a New England style bun.

House made salt & vinegar fried chicken, salt & vinegar aioli, and pickles on a brioche bun.

Locally sourced polish sausage & chorizo, grilled red peppers, grilled onions, stone ground mustard, and Swiss cheese on a New England style bun.
Prime Philly Cheese Steak Roll
Prime steak grilled with onions and peppers, topped with Swiss cheese on a New England style bun. Served with horseradish aioli on the side.
Steak Out Salad

We only serve USDA stamped Prime grade beef, cut straight off the loin to your requested size and perfectly grilled to the temperature of your choice.
USDA Prime Ribeye Steak
We only cook Prime Ribeye that's hand cut from a Prime Rib. We cook to rare then allow the steak to rest. We then hand cut to size, per your request, and finish your steak on a char broiler to your temperature preference. Served with signature chili and Texas toast. You pick the size!
USDA Prime Baseball Cut
Prime Baseball steak hand cut with a thick and juicy center cooked to your temperature preference. Then seasoned and basted with butter. Served with our signature house chili and Texas toast. You pick the size!

Hand cut from the loin and cooked to your temperature preference. Served with our signature house chili and Texas toast. You pick the size!

Tender Cavatappi pasta mixed with creamy béchamel cheese sauce and lump lobster meat. Topped with panic breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
Caribbean Cowboy Coconut Shrimp
8 large shrimp butterflied and battered with coconut then fried. Served with our house made pineapple colada and cocktail sauce.
Deep Fried or Grilled Lobster Tails
Two 5-6oz lobster tails either battered and fried or grilled to perfection. Served with clarified butter and Texas toast.
Alaskan King Crab
One 16oz Alaskan King Crab leg steamed and served with clarified butter. Includes soup or salad for starter.
Pan Seared Sea Bass
8oz sea bass filet marinated in a sesame ginger soy sauce, pan seared, and served with sautéed peppers, carrots, and onions. Topped with avocado salsa.
Atlantic Salmon Filet
Grilled 8oz filet served with sautéed red peppers, carrots, and onions with grilled lemon. Served with Texas toast and house made ginger soy sauce on the side.
Poke Bowl
Fresh sushi grade Ahi tuna marinated in a honey sesame ginger soy sauce. Mixed with cucumbers, edamame, carrots, and avocado. Drizzled with siracha mayo and topped with sesame seeds. Served on a bed of greens.
