The Just LeDoux It Saloon & Steak Out first opened in August of 2020 at 122 N Main Street in Sheridan, Wyoming. The idea for the LeDoux Saloon & Steak Out was born out of the desire and vision to convert a main street storefront without a kitchen into a unique and fun western style dining experience, honoring the late rodeo and country music legend, Chris LeDoux, while incorporating a limited, yet quality food and beverage menu. With a twenty foot food trailer backed into the patio behind the building our menu was created centralized on serving the best, prime only grade steaks alongside handcrafted cocktails made with fresh ingredients and the Just LeDoux It line of spirits and wines. The original restaurant had a limited seating capacity and the difficulty of keeping a food trailer operating through the winter proved to be challenging, so when the opportunity presented itself in September 2021 for the Just LeDoux It Saloon & Steak Out to move to Big Horn, Wyoming to the historic Bozeman Trail Inn there was no hesitation. Since the saloon’s move to Big Horn, the historic building has been brought back to life with interior renovations, complete with the original saloon’s iconic color changing LED tree and neon sign, and the expansion of

the outdoor patio into Sheridan County’s premier live music pavilion. Our focus for our customers is quality first. All of our meat, seafood and ingredients are of the highest quality

available in Sheridan. We serve only USDA stamped Prime grade beef, cut straight off the loin by the ounce to your requested

size and perfectly grilled to the temperature of your choice.
